As our organization develops, we anticipate this position to expand in responsibility by taking on management of additional functionsWhat You Will Be Doing- Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, optimizing production equipment utilization for reliability and repeat ability- Enhance process capability and improve product quality using statistical analysis and control strategies- Design, develop, manage and integrate mechanical systems to meet system specifications for performance, cost and reliability- Recommend, justify and manage capital equipment expenditures- Provide hands on technical assistance to troubleshooting, resolve issues related to manufacturing or materials- Develop, document and standardize manufacturing processes- Provide technical training to employees- Supervises assigned maintenance and engineering support- Assists with project planning, long term project planning, and budget planning- Provide technical training to employees in other departmentsWhat You Need for this PositionMore Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement- Analytical Skills- PLC- CADNice Skills to have:- Web Based Printing- Flexo-Printing- Gravure roll coating- Custom converting- Slitting and die cuttingSo, if you are a Manufacturing Engineer with experience, please apply today!
