Contractor located in Valley View has a full time opportunity for an accounts payable clerk. This position is to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments to vendors. Must be a self starter who has the ability to prioritize workload while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
Job duties include: full cycvle A/P, answering phone calls, daily incoming and outgoing mail, review and resolve vendor statements and other administrative tasks as needed.
Experience: 2+ years of A/P experience, excellent data entry skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Office, detail oriented with ability to follow standard procedures and multi-task.
